Microgreens are not only beautiful used as a garnish to elevate dishes visual interest, but highly versatile in terms of flavor and ways to prepare them in the kitchen.

Here are some of our recommendations on how to incorporate our microgreens in your menu.

  1. Garnish your high-end dishes: Microgreens come in many shapes, colors, and sizes. Use a pinch of microgreens to add visual interest to main dishes. A little bit can go a long way!

  2. Get high-impact flavor: Microgreens can pack a punch when incorporated into sauces. Try adding arugula microgreens to pesto or radish microgreens to salsa.

  3. Upgrade your vegetarian options: Microgreens are a vegetarians delight because they are packed with both nutrition and flavor. Incorporating microgreens to your lettuce based salads can increase interest and flavor, or you can replace lettuce with microgreens all together!

  4. Power your breakfast menu: Add microgreens to your eggs benedict, scrambles, and avocado toast. Also add pea microgreens to green smoothies for a protein packed and creamy frozen drink.
